Capital Raise Overview Pursuant to the terms of the securities purchase agreement, at the closing of the PIPE, NN will issue an aggregate of 16.1 million shares of common stock (or prefunded warrants in lieu thereof) at a price of $3.30 per share (or $3.29 per pre-funded warrant).
