Kraft Heinz Company expands its North America leadership
Appointed to critical leadership positions, Helen Davis, Rebecca Dunphey, and Simon Laroche join the company from external and internal positions to further Kraft Heinz Company’s transformation journey and reflects its commitment to driving long-term sustainable growth with best-in-class talent.

Helen Davis, SVP and Head of North America Operations
Joining Kraft Heinz Company after nearly three years at Unilever, Helen Davis has more than 25 years of experience leading operations and supply chains for top-level CPG companies across diverse geographies. In her new role as SVP and Head of North America Operations Davis will lean on her experience to lead Kraft Heinz Company through challenging supply chain environments and modernise her team with new tools, structure, and innovation.
Other companies that Davis has worked for include The Coca-Cola Company, RB, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and o9 Solutions.
Rebecca Dunphey, SVP and President of Fresh, Beverages and Desserts
Rebecca Dunphey’s career spans more than 20 years working for the likes of Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, and The Clorox Company. Dunphey in her new role as SVP and President of Fresh, Beverages and Desserts, will bring her experience working in progressive global leadership positions, delivering transformational results, positive growth, innovation, communication, and brand development.
Simon Laroche SVP, President of Canada and North America Coffee
For nearly half a decade, Simon Laroche joined Kraft Heinz Company in 2018 as CEO (Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Japan - ANJ). Returning to his home country of Canada, Larocheis taking on the role of SVP and President of Canada and the North America Coffee Business. He will bring more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to his new role.
