American Frozen Food Institute

The American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) is a national trade association dedicated to promoting the interests of every sector of the frozen food industry within the United States. Representing more than 500 member businesses operating throughout the cold chain, from production to processing to distribution and warehousing, the AFFI operates as the voice of the frozen food industry for consumers as well as policy makers and the media. The association is an active advocate for public policies benefitting the industry, and also acts as a resource for its network of members.

The AFFI works in tandem with the International Frozen Food Institute, as well as the following affiliated organizations:

• Frozen Food Roundtable
• Alliance for Listeriosis Prevention
• Food Industry Environmental Council
• Frozen Food Foundation

Through these partnerships, the AFFI and its affiliates work to comprehensively tackle specific issues facing different aspects of the frozen food industry and build opportunities for the frozen food community.
